Every 40-foot office is built from a cargo-worthy, high-cube steel container, then upgraded with R-19 insulation, dual mini-split HVAC, four sliding windows, two personnel doors, and a 200-amp panel. We finish the inside in vinyl plank, shiplap, or full drywall — whatever you want walking in on day one.

How quickly can I get my container?
Local deliveries for empty boxes are delivered within 1 to 3 days. For shipping container offices and custom modifications, the lead time varies depending on the specifications of your project.
Do I have to pay before delivery?
For custom container builds and shipping container office conversions, we require a 50% deposit up front. The balance is paid upon completion of the project.
Can I choose between new and used containers?
For empty containers for storage and other uses, we offer both brand-new and quality used containers, inspected for structural integrity and weather resistance.
For shipping container modifications and office builds, we exclusively use one-trip containers to ensure the best longevity of your project.
What types of modifications do you offer?
If you can dream it, we can build it. From roll-up doors and windows to insulation, electrical, shelving, and custom paint, our team can build exactly what you need.
We can join multiple containers together, trim a 20' down to a 10', or any other number of complex modifications.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery rates vary by location and distance from the nearest hub. We always provide an all-inclusive quote with no hidden fees.
Can you deliver to my site if space is tight?
Yes. Our team will discuss access requirements in advance and use the appropriate truck and equipment for your site. We have experienced delivery drivers on staff that can deliver even in tight spaces. We will discuss all the options with you during the buying process.
